TIPS for Making Air Fryer General Tso's Chicken:
- Often General Tso's Chicken uses dark meat. Use Chicken Breast to save Calories over Chicken Thighs, etc.. Cooking in the Air Fryer keeps the chicken juicy
- Use Cooking Spray to brown the Chicken
- To get that extra crisp, make sure to have plenty of cornstarch in your house. The cornstarch adheres to the chicken and makes for a crunchy outside.
- Use Cauliflower rice to cut additional calories
- Measure the sauce ingredients while the chicken is in the air fryer. This will make the recipe even faster!!!
