How to make Thai Turkey Meatballs
One of the key tips for making juicy, flavorful turkey or chicken meatballs is adding veggies. This helps keep the meat from drying out. For this recipe, we added Carrots, Onions, Ginger, and Cilantro to get all those Thai flavors in every bite.
First, mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs.
Air Fry: Put the meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Oven: Preheat oven. Place meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and continue baking for 10 additional minutes or until done.
Serve with your favorite sauce. We like them with peanut sauce. Enjoy!!!!
