- 4 Slices Brioche Bread
- 1 Egg
- ⅔ Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt Just a pinch of salt
- Cooking Spray I like to use butter spray
Instructions
- Beat Egg
- Mix together egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, salt.
- Dip each piece of bread into the egg/milk mixture. Leave for 10 seconds or so, to soak up some of the mixture
- Flip over and leave for 10 seconds or so.
- Spray the air fryer with cooking spray. Place bread in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 350°
- Flip the bread over and cook in an air fryer for 4 more minutes at 350°
