Thank you Argo Corn Starch for sponsoring this post. Celebrate sweet moments together with Argo
It's been a year of transition and it's time to gather with good friends and indulge in some GREAT food. There's no time better to gather with friends and family, for some fun and laughter, than around the TV watching sports. Sports bring everyone together!! Even the most team-divided houses can come together over food. So, we figure, why not make an Extreme Air Fryer Feast for all of our sports-loving friends?!?
When it comes to game day we believe the only thing better than the game is to have fun creative food to munch on while cheering (or yelling at) your favorite team. So, our "Extreme Air Fryer Feast" was the best way to kick off the party.
Why the Air Fryer?
We love to air fry and have discovered that using Argo® Corn Starch is ideal for providing a lighter, crispier coating to air-fried foods. We've also found that using the air fryer is a very quick and easy way to prepare snacks for the game. Most of the time, everything can be ready in under 15 minutes! It's a great way to be flexible and cut the stress, so you can enjoy that game day party. Also, using the air fryer allows you to easily adjust the ingredients and scale the portions up or down based on the number of guests.
Extreme Air Fryer Feast
For this week's gameday, we made a fun selection of Air Fried Chicken Strips, Buffalo Cauliflower, Popcorn Shrimp, and a Three Pasta Snack Mix. Yes, everything was air fried and all coated with Argo® Corn Starch, along with other spices, to add a fun crunch and flavor! There are a lot of food options, so this is great for any party. Doing a fun "Galentine's Day" with pals? Pull out that air fryer! Having a watch party of your favorite reality show? You'll need snacks! This Extreme Air Fryer Feast offers something for everyone!

Tips for Building your Extreme Air Fryer Feast Board
- First, select the board, tray, or plate to use for your foundation. The shape of the board is your preference, just make sure the board is the right size for the number of people you will be serving.
- Dishes create the structure on the board. Use little bowls to anchor the arrangement. This will help hold the loose items like dips. They don't need to match. In fact it's kind of fun to use different little bowls.
- We like to draw out a really rough draft of what we want the board to look like. For example, for this extreme air fryer feast board, we drew a rectangle board and then drew where we wanted the bowls with the sauces. Then where we wanted the chicken, shrimp, and pasta. The Buffalo Cauliflower has sauce so we wanted it in a small dish.
- Then when everything was ready we easily placed each item on the board according to what we drew as an example.
Laying out the board in advance really takes out the stress and makes it super easy to put the party board together. We always find 10 minutes worth of planning saves a ton of time later. Plus, if you need to add more to the board during the party it’s very easy to figure out where to place the food. Let me tell you, this extreme air fryer food will be devoured!!!!!
