I don't know about your house but in this house, we LOVE Game Day and really love our game day treats. So happy it is football season again and really happy to be back in N.E. Ohio. Our weekends are totally consumed by Sports now! For the first time in a long time, we have started to watch College Football. Wow, Ohio State is so awesome and so much fun to watch. Now I refuse to tell anyone how long I have been a Cleveland Browns fan. I remember going to visit my grandparents on Sundays and watching the Browns play. When we moved to Maine in 2009 the only games we would see are of course the Patriots. And yes we were hooked. The Patriots are just so much fun to watch.
Don't even get me started on how much I love Hockey!!!! So yes we have game day at our house a lot. So we have worked on building Game Day Treats that are lower in calories (for the most part) and kicking in the spice!

Just because we are working on losing weight or maintaining there is no reason not to enjoy game day treats. One thing I hate when going to a party is for someone to look at me or to feel like they are looking at me. . .an saying "Why is she eating" or Does she know how much she is eating!!"
