Air Fry chicken at 375° for 8 minutes

Broccoli
When air frying chicken, prepare broccoli by cutting 2 cups into bite-sized pieces. Then, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch for 2 minute. Remove and set aside when bright green
Sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients (chicken stock, vinegar, wine, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch).
Heat 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saute pan.
Add garlic, ginger, and dried red peppers to the oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
Add garlic and ginger to the pan with the sauce. Bring to a boil and add cornstarch as needed. Mix cornstarch with water to prevent clumping. (NOTE add additional cornstarch if the sauce is not thick enough. Add ½ teaspoon at a time. Mix the cornstarch with a teaspoon of water to make sure it will not clump)
Once the sauce has thickened, which should take around 4 minutes, mix in the chicken and broccoli.
