Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Spray the chicken with cooking spray, flip it over, and cook for another 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Be sure to use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken has reached at least 165 degrees—that way, it’s perfectly cooked and safe to enjoy!

Love Bacon!!!!
I absolutely love bacon! It's just the perfect breakfast food, in my opinion. My mom used to be an expert at pan-frying bacon. Unfortunately, I never quite figured out her secret to perfection.
Anyway, when I was a freshman in high school, one of my teachers challenged us to eat breakfast every day for a week. Now, being a farm kid, I had plenty of morning chores to do and usually didn't have time for breakfast. I was determined to rise to the challenge, so I quickly threw some bacon in the frying pan, cranked up the oven. Then I dashed upstairs to shower and get dressed.
You can probably guess where this is going... When I came back downstairs, my brother was putting out a fire! I had accidentally burnt up several cabinets in my parent's kitchen. To make matters worse, they had just finished remodeling the kitchen. I was so embarrassed!
Thankfully, my brother is a real lifesaver. He rushed me out of the house and drove me to school, and I managed to make it through the day without any further kitchen disasters. But needless to say, it was not a cool night when I got home!
Air Fryer Bacon
To avoid pan-frying bacon, I usually place it on a cookie sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

However, I've recently discovered a new and easier way to make it - using an air fryer! To Air Fry Bacon, preheat it to 400 degrees and cook the bacon for 6 minutes. Then, flip the bacon and air fry it for 4 more minutes. This method results in perfect bacon every time, and it's incredibly easy to make! If you like your bacon spicy, try sprinkling some cayenne pepper on it before cooking to add some heat. This delicious and spicy bacon is perfect for making a Bacon, Blue Cheese Chicken Sandwich!
