Chicken
- 1 Pound Chicken Breasts
- ½ Cup Panko
- ½ Cup Corn Flakes
- ¼ Cup French's Onions
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Egg
- Cooking Spray
Bacon
- 6 Slices Bacon
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
Bun
- 2 Buns
- 1 Tablespoon Blue Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Lite Ranch Dressing
Air Fry Chicken
Season chicken with Salt and Black Pepper. In a bowl combine Panko, Corn Flakes, French's Onions, and Garlic Powder
Add Panko, Corn Flakes, French's Onions and spice to a food processor and mix
In a shallow bowl beat egg
Sprinkle ½ Tablespoon flour on each side of the chicken breast. The flour should coat the chicken breast
Dip chicken breast in egg
Sprinkle the panko mixture on to the chicken
Gently press the panko mixture on both sides of the chicken
Spray the Air Fryer with cooking spray
Lightly spray the chicken breast with cooking spray
Spray both sides of chicken breast with cooking spray
Cook chicken in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400°
Flip chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400°
Check chicken for doneness, If you want it crispier cook for an additional few minutes. Using a meat thermometer, make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Bacon
Sprinkle cayenne pepper on both sides of bacon (optional)
Place bacon in Air Fryer for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip bacon and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Until it reaches desired doneness.
