This has been such a busy week and expensive!!! We had a couple of unexpected expenses this week and I'm not sure what is wrong with us but we were both feeling down so what did we do . . . we went shopping!!! Not sure why this happens but it did make us both feel better. We found an amazing rug for our dining room and some awesome new plates. Yes, we turned our frustration into a positive! Haha The other thing we seem to do when we are down is to eat. So, why not make something new like. . . Air Fryer Pork Egg Rolls
Fun Appetizer for Game Day!!!
Pork Egg Rolls
This is the first time we have ever made Egg Rolls. And since we have decided to try and make many new recipes in our Air Fryer, why not make Pork Egg Rolls!
The filling in these egg rolls was amazing. . . I was eating it right out of the pan! We found a recipe in my favorite cookbook "Mastering the Art of Chinese Cooking" and of course, we reimagined the recipe so it would work in an air fryer egg roll. Plus, we added more ginger. Love ginger flavor.
If you are like us, Egg Rolls are one of those staples we have to order when getting Chinese food. We purchased frozen egg roll wrappers at the grocery store. This made it really easy to make the Egg Rolls.
TIP:
- Make sure to get the Egg Roll Wrappers out of the freezer and bring to room temperature.
By the way, according to the Weight Watcher site, a Restaurant pork egg roll is 7 points. These Air Fryer Egg Rolls are only 3 points!!!!! BONUS!!
So Easy To Make!!!
These Egg Rolls are amazing and super easy to make. They can be made ahead of time and then just pop them in the air fryer when you're ready for an amazing snack.
Another great Air Fryer Appetizer to make is Crab Rangoons. Both of these appetizer can be made ahead of time.

- Let the pork cabbage mixture cool before building the spring rolls (about 5 minutes). (Egg roll mixture can be placed in the refrigerator until ready to use.)
- Place Spring Roll Wrapper flat on a plate
- Place 2 Tablespoon of filling at one end of each spring roll wrapper
- Roll the egg roll wrapper turning in the ends so the filling will not fall out

I just bought some egg roll wrappers and will try this over the weekend.
I have to ask... On the wrappers I buy have "do not freeze" on the package. It would be so much easier to have them in the freezer to use when I want.

Hi! Thank you so much for trying our recipe. We have a hard time finding the wrappers that aren't frozen. The nice thing with the fresh ones is they don't need to be defrosted first.

I found refrigerated egg roll wrappers at Walmart's.
