Ok, We love to grill! If I could, I would grill everything. But it's hard to grill Pasta HaHa! One of our favorite meats to grill is pork chops, but it's easy to overcook them, making them dry and unappetizing. Our trick for always having a juicy Grilled stuffed Pork Chop is to have a blazing hot fire on the Grill.
Char the pork chops to get those great grill marks and crusty outside from the salt and pepper seasoning. Then, take the pork chop off the direct fire and stuff pork chops after they are chard. Cover the grill and "bake" them on the grill for 15 minutes or until it is cooked through. It's always a good idea to have a meat thermometer to tell when it is done, especially for Pork and Chicken. I hope this Grilled Stuffed Pork Chop will become one of your favorites!
Yes Please!!!!
How did we make the Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops?
First, we cut the Pork Chop down the middle. You need a very thick pork chop and a sharp knife!
Season the Pork chop liberally with salt and pepper. This helps form the crust on the pork chop. We use a Himalayan Pink Sea Salt that is awesome on pork chops and steaks. And always use a pepper grinder to get large chunks of pepper!
Grilling the Pork Chop
Char the Pork Chop before stuffing. Use two pieces of thinly sliced ham and fill with cheese. Put the Ham/Cheese into the freezer for an hour. After the Pork Chop is Chard on both sides, stuff the pork chops with the ham/cheese roll. Place the pork chops on foil so you don't lose any of that crazy cheese mixture. Of course, we added Thai peppers into the cream cheese mixture. Love that spice!!!
Cover the grill and cook for about 15 minutes
After stuffing the Pork Chop hold them together with toothpicks. Place the stuffed Chops on the Foil. The foil will catch any of the cheese that drips out.
This was one of the best pork chops I have ever had. I know I said that earlier in this post but I felt like it needed to be said again. This Grilled Stuffed Pork Chop was amazing!! We had ours with Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower rice to save on the calories.
Enjoy this with a nice glass of wine and your best friend.
Did I mention how good this Grilled Stuffed Pork Chop was????

- Serve with Cauliflower Rice instead of regular rice or your favorite side dish
