Need something easy to make for dinner and is a no-fail recipe? If so, you came to the right place with this pan-fried garlic pork chop! We haven't been feeling the best the past few days so I wanted to make something with a lot of flavor.... but wouldn't require a great deal of work. Aaannnnd we made it spicy. 🙂

The Perfect way to cook Pork Chops...
All you need is Olive Oil, Goya Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper (optional), Garlic, and, of course, Pork Chops. Oh, if you don't have Pork, this works for Chicken Breast also!

We served our pork chops with couscous and roasted asparagus. Check out how easy it is to make the asparagus: Just snap the ends off of the asparagus. Toss with a couple of Tablespoons of Olive Oil and 2 or 3 teaspoons of salt. Place in a 375-degree oven for 10 minutes. Check to make sure the Asparagus is the crispness you want. That's it! It can cook while the pork is in the oven.
TIP:
- Don't cut Asparagus. If you just gently bend the asparagus it will break right at the "tough part" of the asparagus. (I always want to do this at the store and not pay for that extra asparagus... But Amy always says NO! 🤷♀️ Haha).
- You can keep the Asparagus ends and use them to make an asparagus soup or for vegetable broth.
