- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Head Garlic
- 2 Pork Chops (Thick Cut) Boneless
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper Or more depending on how spicy you want the pork chops
Pre Heat oven to 375°Peel Garlic Season Pork Chops with Adobo and Cayenne Pepper
Add olive oil to an oven safe saute pan and heat. Once the oil is hot, place garlic in the pan and stir to coat.
Place pork chops in the saute pan with garlic
Sear pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over to gently brown the sides (hold the pork chop with tongs to make sure the edges are browned, about 1 minute)
Flip the pork chop over and sear for an additional 2 minutes. In other words, make sure all sides of the pork chop are seared and browned.
Arrange garlic on top of the pork chops and place the oven safe saute pan in preheated oven until the pork chop is cooked through, about 15 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chop.
Serve with rice or couscous and your favorite veggie
