Layer one
- 2 Cans Black Beans
- ½ Lime
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Layer 2
- 8 Ounces Lite Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- ½ Lime
Layer 3, 4 and 5
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 1 ½ Cup Guacalmola
- 6 Ounces Colby Jack Cheese Or Cheddar Cheese
Layer 1
Drain and rinse the black beans.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime onto the beans and then mix in the cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt. Give it a good stir to evenly distribute the spices throughout the beans.
Layer 2
Mix the sour cream, taco seasoning, and half a lime juice together.
Spread this mixture over the beans
Layers 3, 4, and 5
Spread your favorite salsa over the sour cream mixture
Spread the guacamole over the salsa (you can find an easy homemade guacamole recipe on our website).
Shred the cheese and top the Taco Dip with the cheese
