  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Cup Bacon Bits
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 1 Jalapeno Optional

  • Mix together Mashed Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Eggs, Flour, Garlic Powder, Bacon Bits, ½ of the Spring Onions and Jalapeño

  • Make Potato Cakes. Take about ¼ Cup of the mixture and form into a small round patty about ½ inch thick.
