- 1 ½ Pounds Salmon
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
Bourbon Glaze
- ¾ Cup Bourbon
- ⅔ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (Or Honey)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
Bourbon Glaze
Mix together all Bourbon Glaze Ingredients in a small Sauce Pan (Bourbon, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest Garlic, and Ginger
Bring Bourbon Glaze to a boil. Once it starts boiling turn down to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. The sauce will cook down and get a little thicker
Salmon
While the Bourbon Glaze is simmering. Salt and Pepper each Salmon fillet
Place pieces of parchment paper in the air fryer. Put salmon fillets in the air fryer.
Cook in the Air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Brush Bourbon glaze on each salmon fillet. Sprinkle sesame seeds on each fillet. Air Fry for additional 5 minutes at 400 degrees.Brush additional glaze on the salmon. Ari Fry for an additional 2 - 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from the Air fryer and Enjoy with your favorite side dish
