  • 1 ½ Pounds Salmon
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds

Bourbon Glaze

  • ¾ Cup Bourbon
  • Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (Or Honey)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger

Instructions

Bourbon Glaze

  • Mix together all Bourbon Glaze Ingredients in a small Sauce Pan (Bourbon, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest Garlic, and Ginger

  • Bring Bourbon Glaze to a boil. Once it starts boiling turn down to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. The sauce will cook down and get a little thicker

  • While the Bourbon Glaze is simmering. Salt and Pepper each Salmon fillet

  • Place pieces of parchment paper in the air fryer. Put salmon fillets in the air fryer.

  • Cook in the Air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
    Brush Bourbon glaze on each salmon fillet.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on each fillet. Air Fry for additional 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
    Brush additional glaze on the salmon. Ari Fry for an additional 2 - 4 minutes at 400 degrees.
