Air Fryer Chicken Chimichangas

- 2 Cups Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ Cup Cream Cheese
- 4 Ounces Green Chilies
- ½ Cup Spring Onions
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- 3 Flour Tortillas
- Cooking Spray
Shred cooked Chicken Breast (use leftover Roasted Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken)
Stir together to fully combine the chicken mixture
Add ¾ Cup of the Chicken mixture to the Flour Tortilla
Fold the edge of the Flour Tortilla over the Chicken Mixture
Fold the Side of the Tortilla and Roll
Ready for Air Fry
Spray the bottom of the Air Fryer with cooking Spray (I like to use Butter Spray)
Place Chimichangas in the Air Fryer and spray the top of the tortillas. Cook at 400° for 8 minutes Flip Chimichangas over
Flip the Chimichangas and Air Fry for 2 more minutes at 400° or until they are golden.
Enjoy! Goes Great with Red or Green Enchilada sauce, Salsa, cilantro, onions, jalapenos, and/or Queso
