Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast 6 - 8 oz chicken breast or 4 chicken fillets
  • 3 Ounces Swiss Cheese (grated or sliced)
  • 6 slices Ham
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Wrap the chicken breast loosely with plastic wrap.

  • Pound out chicken breast until it is flat. Remove the saran wrap and discard
  • In a small bowl and mix together the seasoning ingredients - salt, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if you want some extra spice). Next, lay the chicken breast flat and sprinkle 1 to 1 ¼ teaspoons of the seasoning on the side that will have the ham and cheese.

  • To prepare the chicken, place three slices of ham on top of each chicken breast.

  • To begin, take a chicken breast and fill it with ham and cheese before rolling it up. Then, add one teaspoon of seasoning to the exterior of each roll.

  • Use toothpicks to secure the rolls.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. We used olive oil spray.

  • Put the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket and spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray, just a light amount.
  • To cook chicken thoroughly, air fry it for 20 minutes at a temperature of 400 degrees.
  • Remove the toothpicks. Serve and Enjoy
