- 1 ½ Pound Chicken Breast
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Cup Panko
- ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- 3 Ounces Low fat mozzarella Cheese
- 24 Ounces Marinara Sauce
- 8 Ounces Spaghetti or Angel Hair
- Cooking Spray
Cook Pasta According to package directions.Mix together in a shallow bowl - Panko, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, Garlic, and Salt Beat One Egg in a shallow bowl
Cut Chicken Breast in half
Sprinkle Corn Starch on Chicken Breast
Dip Chicken Breast in Egg
Roll Chicken into the Panko mixture
Spray cooking spray on the Air Fryer bottom and sides.
Place Chicken breast into air fryer basket. Spray the breaded chicken lightly with olive oil Spray. Cook for 9 minutes in Air Fryer at 400°
Flip the Chicken over. Spray with cooking spray. Cook for 4 more minutes. Make Sure the chicken reaches 165 degrees
Place ½ Ounce of cheese on each Chicken Breast. Melt Cheese in Airfry at 400° for 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Heat the Marinara Sauce. Place the cooked Pasta in the serving dish. Pour heated Marinara Sauce on top.
Remove Chicken from the Air Fryer place it on top of the Pasta
