Ingredients

  • 6 Ounces Lump Crab
  • 8 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 Green Onions
  • 1 Juice of Lemon Zest Only
  • 16 Wonton Wrappers

Instructions

  • Drain the crab.

  • Defrost the wonton wrappers

  • Mix together, crab, cream cheese, chopped green onion, and lemon zest.

  • Add One Tablespoon of the Rangoon mixture to Wonton wrappers. Brush water on all sides of the wonton wrapper

  • Fold the wonton wrapper over the filling into a triangle.

  • Fold the other side up to connect all corners

  • At this point, the Rangoons can be placed in the refrigerator or cook them

  • Place the Rangoons into the Air Fryer.

  • Cook at 360 degrees for 7 minutes and check. If the Rangoons are not crispy, put them in for additional 2 minutes until they are crispy.
