  • 1 Pound Russet Potatoes (2 Large Baking Potatoes)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes under warm water.
    Cut the potatoes in half. Then in half again lengthwise. Cut each section in half lengthwise again. The potatoes will be about ½ inch thick.

  • Toss olive oil on the potatoes

  • Add the Garlic Powder and Salt to the Potatoes. Toss until the potatoes are lightly coated.

  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
    Toss the potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees
