- 1 Pound Russet Potatoes (2 Large Baking Potatoes)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Wash the potatoes under warm water.Cut the potatoes in half. Then in half again lengthwise. Cut each section in half lengthwise again. The potatoes will be about ½ inch thick. Toss olive oil on the potatoes
Add the Garlic Powder and Salt to the Potatoes. Toss until the potatoes are lightly coated.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutesToss the potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees Potatoes will be golden brown, crunchy on the outside, and soft and fluffy in the center when done. Serve and Enjoy!!!
