Air Fryer Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit Bombs!
This is an easy cheesy handheld breakfast treat that's both filling and delicious.

- 8 Biscuits
- 4 ½ Ounces Sausage
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- Butter Spray Or Olive Oil Spray
- 1 Tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning Optional
- 8 Slices American Cheese
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Cook sausage and drain off any grease
Add butter to sausage
Add eggs to sausage. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Scramble Eggs. Remove from heat when done
Pull apart the biscuits
Flatten the biscuits with your hands
Place about ¼ cup of sausage/egg mixture on the biscuit
Add one slice of cheese on top of the sausage/egg mixture. You may have to fold the cheese slice in half so it fits in the biscuit.
Place the other half of the biscuit on top. Crimp it all around the edges to "seal"
Spray parchment paper
Place biscuits on parchment paper in the air fryer
Spray the tops of the biscuits with butter spray. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (Optional).
Air Fry at 375 for 8 minutes
Flip over and spray biscuits with butter spray. Air Fry at 375 for an additional 4 minutes
