- 1 Potato Russet Potatoes work best
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or fresh Peppers
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean and Cut the potato into strips.
To make crispy potato fries, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with nonstick aluminum foil. Then, place the potato strips on the foil and lightly spray them with olive oil (about 1 tsp) or cooking spray. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, bake the fries in the oven for 25 minutes.
Flip the potatoes. Return the fries to the oven and bake for 10 to 20 more minutes or until they are crispy.
If you cut the potatoes a few hours before cooking. Place the potatoes in water so they don't turn brown. Skip this step if you are going to immediately bake fries
