To cook Bratwurst, place it in a saucepan and add beer along with one cup of water to cover the Bratwurst.
To prepare, bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then, slice the onions, green and red peppers.
While the Bratwurst is cooking, heat olive oil in a saute pan. Then, add sliced onions, garlic, and salt.
To cook onions, sauté them until they start to change color and become soft, which should take around 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the green and red peppers to the onions and stir.
Cook the onions and peppers until they become tender.
Take out the Bratwurst from the Beer and put it into the onion mixture.
Add the crushed red peppers to the Bratwurst, onions, and peppers mixture and stir well.
Please add one cup of water to the mixture of Bratwurst and onion.
Let the mixture come to a simmer and keep it that way for 10 to 15 minutes.
