Blue Cheese Mushrooms

Creamy, cheesy portobello mushrooms will put a smile on your face and are easy to build for a party.

Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello Mushrooms
  • Adobo Seasoning
  • 2 Ounces Blue Cheese
  • 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 Serrano Peppers Optional ADD only if you want spicy

Instructions

  • Remove Mushroom stems. Reserve if you want to make an omelet or something else that uses mushrooms.
    Mix together blue cheese, cream cheese, roasted garlic, and serrano pepper (add pepper only if you want some spice).
    2 Portobello Mushrooms, 2 Ounces Blue Cheese, 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic, 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese, 2 Serrano Peppers
  • Spray olive oil on mushroom caps.
    Olive oil spray
  • Place Mushrooms face down on Grill over the hot coals. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Tops should be a little soft to the touch
  • Flip Mushroom caps and move off direct (heat) coals. Sprinkle with adobo seasoning. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes
  • Add Cheese Mixture to fill Mushroom caps. Put the serrano peppers on top (if you want to make the mushroom spicy).
  • Cover the grill and cook until cheese is melted about 1 to 2 minutes
  • Enjoy!!!!!
