- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Lemons
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 teaspoon Cornstarch

- 4 Ounces White Stilton with Lemon Cheese or Blueberry Cheese
- 14 Ounces Non-Fat Condensed Milk
- 16 Graham Crackers
Cheesecake Mixture
