- 3 Cups Blueberries
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Zest of ½ Lemon
- ½ Tablespoon Cornstarch
Wash Blueberries
Mix 2 Cups Blueberries, ¼ Cup Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest
Place Blueberries/sugar mixture in Sauce Pan
Cook over low heat for about about 8 to 10 minutes until blueberries start to turn into a sauce. Gentenly stirring constantly
Mix Cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir in the blueberry sauce. The sauce will thicken
Turn off the heat. Add 1 cup of blueberries
Enjoy Blueberries on ice cream, pancakes, french toast, cheesecake, and other desserts
