- 2 Cups Chicken Use Baked or Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 ½ Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- 4 Ounces Cheddar Cheese
- ¾ Cups Franks Wing Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Blue Cheese crumbles
Grate the Cheddar Cheese. Cut cooked chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
Add the Cottage Cheese and Ranch Seasoning to a food processor. Blend until the cottage cheese is creamy.
In a bowl, mix together Chicken, Cottage Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce.
Stir all the ingredients (except the Blue Cheese) together.
Place the mixture in a baking dish or individual Ramekin bowls
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes until bubbly on the sides.
Top the Ramekins with ½ to 1 Tablespoon of Blue Cheese crumbles
Bake for 5 additional minutes. The Blue Cheese will be soft and started to melt.
