Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti Squash used to make Cacio e Pepe. YES PLEASE!!!! This was buttery, creamy and of course a little spicy!!! Cuts calories and will make you smile!

- 1 Spaghetti Squash Roast Squash
- 1 Head Roasted Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Pepper Or less for taste
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt Or to taste
Roast Squash as described above
Heat Olive Oil in Large Sauté Pan. Add Pepper, Salt, and Roasted Garlic.
Heat until it has a wonderful armor. About a minute or two
Add ½ Cup of Water
The sauce will thicken. Remove from heat
Gently toss in the Cheese. Taste to make sure it has enough salt.
