- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Cup Panko
- ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Garlic Powder (or Garlic Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ounces Low-fat mozzarella Cheese
- 24 Ounces Marinara Sauce
- Cooking Spray
Prepare Cauliflower
In a shallow bowl, mix together - Panko, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, Roasted Garlic powder, and Salt
Beat One Egg in a shallow bowl
Cut Cauliflower in ¾ inch to 1 inch thick steaks. Cut the center of the Cauliflower. Save the outside pieces for a snack. Or air fry them also.
Dip cauliflower "steak" in egg
Press panko mixture on the cauliflower "steak"
Air Fry Cauliflower
Spray cooking spray on the Air Fryer's bottom.
Place cauliflower into the air fryer basket. Spray the Cauliflower with olive oil spray. Cook for 8 minutes in Air Fryer at 400°
Flip the cauliflower over. Spray with cooking spray. Cook for 4 more minutes.
Place ½ to 1 ounce of cheese on each cauliflower steak. Air fry at 400° for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
When the cheese is melted, remove the cauliflower from the Air Fryer
Top with marinara sauce. Serve with your favorite wine and Enjoy!!!!
