  • 1 Shallot
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ Cup Fresh Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Serrano Peppers Optional
  • Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • To make a flavorful sauce, mix red wine vinegar, shallot, garlic, and serrano peppers in a food processor. Only include serrano peppers if you prefer a spicy taste. Continue blending until finely chopped.
    1 Shallot, 4 Cloves Garlic, ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar, 4 Serrano Peppers
  • To prepare the herb mixture, add cilantro, parsley, oregano, and salt to a food processor. Chop the ingredients until they are finely minced and well combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl for further use.
    ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro, ½ Cup Fresh Parsley, ¼ Cup Fresh Oregano, 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Stir the olive oil into the sauce.
