- 1 Shallot
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ Cup Fresh Parsley
- ¼ Cup Fresh Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Serrano Peppers Optional
- ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
To make a flavorful sauce, mix red wine vinegar, shallot, garlic, and serrano peppers in a food processor. Only include serrano peppers if you prefer a spicy taste. Continue blending until finely chopped.

To prepare the herb mixture, add cilantro, parsley, oregano, and salt to a food processor. Chop the ingredients until they are finely minced and well combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl for further use.
