- 10 Ounces Cod Fish Or other white fish
- ½ teaspoon Adobo Seasoning Optional
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- 3-4 Sprigs Fresh Dill
- Sea Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around the fish fillet. Rinse and pat dry the fillet with a papertowel, then place it in the center of the aluminum foil.
If using adobo seasoning, sprinkle on the fish. Or use your favorite seasoning. Lemon pepper is also a really good option.
Slice Lemon and Lime
Alternating lemon and lime, add the slices to the top of the fish
Add the fresh dill sprigs to the top of the lemon and lime slices on the fish
Fold the foil around the fish. The easiest way is to bring the center together and fold at the top. Then, wrap the sides like a present with the seams up to keep in juices
Place a foil packet on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Depending on the thickness of your fish it may take longer. Check after 15 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork and be firm to the touch in the middle. You can also use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature
Serve with a salad and enjoy
