Ingredients

  • 10 Ounces Cod Fish Or other white fish
  • ½ teaspoon Adobo Seasoning Optional
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 3-4 Sprigs Fresh Dill
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around the fish fillet. Rinse and pat dry the fillet with a papertowel, then place it in the center of the aluminum foil.

  • If using adobo seasoning, sprinkle on the fish. Or use your favorite seasoning. Lemon pepper is also a really good option.

  • Slice Lemon and Lime

  • Alternating lemon and lime, add the slices to the top of the fish

  • Add the fresh dill sprigs to the top of the lemon and lime slices on the fish

  • Fold the foil around the fish. The easiest way is to bring the center together and fold at the top. Then, wrap the sides like a present with the seams up to keep in juices

  • Place a foil packet on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Depending on the thickness of your fish it may take longer. Check after 15 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork and be firm to the touch in the middle. You can also use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature
