Classic Broccoli Salad with Bacon

Broccoli Salad that is crunchy flavorful and topped with bacon. This is a lower calorie version of classic broccoli salad. Yes 50% less calories with 100% more flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Broccoli
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (Whipped)
  • 2 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 ½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon Onion
  • Cup Craisins

Instructions

  • Cut Broccoli into bite-size floret
  • Chop Onions
  • Mix together Cream Cheese, Mustard, Vinegar, garlic powder, salt and Sugar
  • Mix together Broccoli, Onions, and Craisins
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the broccoli and mix it together
  • Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This is actually better the next day
  • OPTIONAL: Add Sunflower seeds or other nuts or Add Bacon on top of the broccoli before serving
