- 15 Phyllo Shells
- 2 Ounces Imitation Crab
- ½ Cup Cucumber Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
- Wasabi Optional
Heat the phyllo shells according to the package directions. Usually, this takes about 3 minutes.

Chop cucumber into small chunks.
½ Cup Cucumber
Mix the cream cheese and cucumber chunks together.
3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
Fill the phyllo shells with the cream cheese cucumber mixture.
Place a piece of the crab on top of the cucumber filling in each phyllo shell.
2 Ounces Imitation Crab
Top with a dab of Wasabi as desired.
