Crab and Cucumber Phyllo Cups

This easy appetizer has crispy phyllo cups filled with cream cheese and crunchy cucumber topped with crab and a dab of wasabi for heat.

Ingredients

  • 15 Phyllo Shells
  • 2 Ounces Imitation Crab
  • ½ Cup Cucumber Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Wasabi Optional

Instructions

  • Heat the phyllo shells according to the package directions. Usually, this takes about 3 minutes.

  • Chop cucumber into small chunks.

  • Mix the cream cheese and cucumber chunks together.
    3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese

  • Fill the phyllo shells with the cream cheese cucumber mixture.

  • Place a piece of the crab on top of the cucumber filling in each phyllo shell.

  • Top with a dab of Wasabi as desired.
