- 1 Cup Flaked style Crab
- ½ Cup Fat-free sour cream
- ½ Cup Red bell pepper
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ Lemon
- 1 Serrano Peppers Optional if you want it spicy
Chop the bell pepper and Celery
