Spice mixture for wings
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional only if you want it spicy
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chopped or minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 ½ Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Hazelnut butter spread or Peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Final Touches
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Chicken Wings, Legs or Breast
Combine the spice mixture - Garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (optional), cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the wings into pieces. This step can be skipped
Toss and coat the wings in the spice mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and spray the wings with cooking spray. Bake wings for 20 minutes in a 400-degree oven.
Sauce
Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Garlic, 1 ½ Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chili Sauce, 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Honey, 2 Tablespoons Hazelnut butter spread or Peanut butter, 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Toss the chicken wings in the sauce to coat them. Place the Chicken wings back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
