- 1 Potato Russet Potatoes work best
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or fresh Peppers. (Optional)
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Clean and cut the potato into strips.
Place potato strips on a foil (we use nonstick aluminum foil) lined baking sheet and spray potatoes lightly with olive oil (about 1 tsp) or cooking spray. Sprinkle Potatoes with Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake fries for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the french fries.
Flip the potatoes. Return to a baking sheet to the oven and bake fries with the parmesan cheese for 5 to 10 more minutes or until crispy and the cheese has melted
If you cut the potatoes a few hours before cooking. Place the potatoes in water so they don't turn brown. Skip this step if you are going to immediately bake fries
