- 6 Ounces Chicken breast Grilled or baked
- 2 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 ½ Ounces Baguette
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip (fewer calories!)
- Spinach Add 5 or 6 pieces of spinach or more if you desire
- Tomatoes Add a couple of slices of tomato
- Grilled or Saute Onion
Bake Baguette or purchase Baguette. Split the baguette in half, Use a spoon to gently scoop out any excess bread from inside the bag.
Place the top half of the baguette on a baking sheet
Slice a grilled or baked chicken breast and place it on the side of the baguette with the excess bread removed.
Add cheese on top of the chicken. Place under broiler until cheese is melted about 3 minutes. Just keep an eye on it so the cheese doesn't burn.
While the cheese is melting. Add Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to the bottom half of the baguette. Add Tomato and Spinach.
When Cheese is melted remove from oven.
Add Grilled Onion if desired
Place the top on the sandwich and Enjoy!!!
