Delicious Mango Salsa for Grilled Meats and Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Cup Cucumber
  • 3 Green Onion
  • Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Thai Peppers or Serrano peppers Optional
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice (about one Lime)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Chop the Mango
    Chopped Mango in a bowl
  • Chop the Bell Pepper
    Chopped red peppers
  • Chop the cucumber
    Chopped Cucumber
  • Chop the Onion
  • Chop the Cilantro
    Chopped Cilantro
  • Chop the Thai peppers (if using)
    Chopped pepper
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
    Chopped mango, cilantro, pepper, and cucumber
  • Add the lime juice, vinegar, and salt. Gently mix the ingredients. Taste and add more salt if needed
