- 2 Mangos
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- ½ Cup Cucumber
- 3 Green Onion
- ⅓ Cup Cilantro
- 1 Thai Peppers or Serrano peppers Optional
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice (about one Lime)
- ½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- ½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Chop the Mango
Chop the Bell Pepper
Chop the cucumber
Chop the Onion
Chop the Cilantro
Chop the Thai peppers (if using)
Add all ingredients to a large bowl
Add the lime juice, vinegar, and salt. Gently mix the ingredients. Taste and add more salt if needed
