- 1 ½ Cups Chopped tomatoes
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Cilantro Parsley can be used in place of Cilantro
- ¼ cup Onion Spring Onion or ¼ Cup of Purple Onion
- 1 Lime juice Or to taste
- 1 Jalapeños Jalapenos to taste (or Serranos or other hot peppers you like)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Chop Tomatoes, Garlic, Cilantro, Onions, Jalapenos,
Mix tomatoes, garlic, green onions, and cilantro. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
Serve with Corn Chips as a dip or with Fajitas
