- 2 Cups Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Clove Garlic Or 2 Teaspoons Roasted Garlic
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
Snap Ends on Sugar Snap Peas
Blanch the peas for 3 minutes in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt to enhance flavor and texture. Drain the peas.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic to the pan and sauté for one minute.
Add the peas to the Ginger and Garlic.
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes
Toss in sea salt to taste about 1 teaspoon
Serve and Enjoy
