Lettuce and dressing
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 4 Green Onions
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ Tablespoon White wine vinegar
- ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon
Pizza
- 1 Pizza Crust Store-bought or homemade
- 1 Head Roasted Garlic Or 5 cloves of sliced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 ½ Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast (Grilled, Baked, or Rotisserie chicken)
- 4 Ounces Swiss Cheese
- 2 Ounces Parmesan cheese
Lettuce and Dressing
Cut Lettuce in half (long ways). Lightly spray the lettuce with olive oil spray
Grill the lettuce until it starts to wilt. It takes about 4 minutes. It all depends on how hot the grill is
Place the onions and lemon half on the grill
Mix together the dressing. (Dijon mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, and juice from ½ Lemon).
Chop the lettuce and onions into bite-size pieces
Drizzle the salad dressing over the lettuce and onions and toss to lightly coat.
Pizza
Place the pizza stone on the grill to preheat. Takes about 20 minutes.
Spread the dough on the parchment paper to the size of the stone
Chop the chicken breast into bite-size pieces
Shred the Swiss Cheese
Slice the Parmesan cheese
Mix together the roasted garlic and olive oil
Spread the olive oil on the crust
Sprinkle the chicken over the pizza crust
Sprinkle the Swiss Cheese over the chicken
Place the pizza dough, chicken, and cheese on top of a pizza stone. Put lid down
Grill for 10 minutes and check to see if the pizza is ready
Grill until the pizza dough is done and the cheese is melted
Sprinkle the dressed lettuce on top of the pizza
Top the pizza with the sliced Parmesan cheese
Cut the pizza and enjoy!!!!
