Habanero Cheese Mushroom With Cilantro

Creamy, cheesy, spicy Portobello mushrooms that will put a smile on your face and are easy to build for a party or just for a quite delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 2 Ounces Habanero Cheese
  • 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons Adobo Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons Cilantro

Instructions

  • Remove Mushroom stems. Reserve if you want to make an omelet or something else that uses mushrooms
    Mix together Habanero Cheese, and Cream Cheese
  • Spray Olive Oil on Mushroom Caps.
  • Place Mushrooms face down on Grill over the hot coals. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Tops should be a little soft to the touch
  • Flip Mushroom caps and move off direct (heat) coals. Sprinkle with adobo Seasoning. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes
  • Add cheese mixture to fill mushroom caps.
  • Cover grill and cook until cheese is melted about 1 to 2 minutes
  • When the cheese is melted remove the mushrooms from the grill and sprinkle the Cilantro on top. Enjoy!!!!!
