- 2 Portobello Mushrooms
- 2 Ounces Habanero Cheese
- 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
- Olive oil spray
- 2 teaspoons Adobo Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Cilantro
Remove Mushroom stems. Reserve if you want to make an omelet or something else that uses mushroomsMix together Habanero Cheese, and Cream Cheese Spray Olive Oil on Mushroom Caps.
Place Mushrooms face down on Grill over the hot coals. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes.Tops should be a little soft to the touch Flip Mushroom caps and move off direct (heat) coals. Sprinkle with adobo Seasoning. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes
Add cheese mixture to fill mushroom caps.
Cover grill and cook until cheese is melted about 1 to 2 minutes
When the cheese is melted remove the mushrooms from the grill and sprinkle the Cilantro on top. Enjoy!!!!!
