- 1 Pound Hamburger Use 90/10 hamburger
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups Milk I use 1% milk
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
To cook the hamburger, heat a pan over medium-high heat and brown the meat. Remember to season with salt and pepper while cooking.
Once the hamburger is fully cooked, it is important to drain off any excess fat.
Coat the browned hamburger by sprinkling flour over it and stir well.
To achieve a nice texture, pour in the milk and stir well. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the pan while doing so. The gravy will gradually thicken as it heats up. If you want a thinner consistency, you can add more milk accordingly.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce into the gravy and make sure to taste it to ensure that it is correctly seasoned.
Serve the dish with potatoes, white bread, or country-fried steak.
Enjoy!!!
