Homemade Cheese Sausage Pizza

Fresh Mozzarella cheese and spicy sausage are topped with hot cherry peppers and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

Ingredients

  • 2 Individual Pizza Crust
  • 8 Ounces Italian Sausage - Spicy
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ Ounces Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
  • 3 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Ounces Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Habanero Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees. Cook the Italian Sausage in a sauté pan.

  • Slice or shred the mozzarella cheese.
    3 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • To prepare the pre-cooked pizza crust, first spray the bottom with cooking spray. Then, sprinkle some parmesan cheese onto each crust. Finally, place the crusts on a baking sheet with the cheese side down.
    ½ Ounces Parmesan Cheese, 2 Individual Pizza Crust
  • Add oregano, garlic powder, and chopped habanero to the pizza sauce and stir to combine
    1 Cup Pizza Sauce, ½ teaspoon Oregano, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 Habanero
  • Spread the pizza sauce on each crust
  • Place cooked Italian sausage on the pizzas.
  • Add mozzarella cheese to the pizzas.
  • Add the crumbled gorgonzola cheese to the pizzas.
    1 ½ Ounces Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Place the sliced cherry peppers on top.
  • Place pizzas in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
