Homemade Gravy

The easy luscious homemade gravy comes out perfect every time. This is my grandma's recipe that will have your family begging for seconds!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Pan Drippings or Chicken Broth and 3 T Butter
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Pour pan drippings into a pan. Heat to a boil

  • Whisk in Flour to pan drippings

  • Whisk until thick

  • Whisk in Milk

  • Continue to Whisk for about 3 to 5 minutes

  • When the gravy is at the desired consistency it should be removed from the heat.
    Taste. Add in Salt and Pepper. Taste to ensure it is exactly how you want the gravy. Remember everyone can add more salt and pepper.
