- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 ⅓ Cup Pizza Sauce
- ⅓ Cup Pesto
- 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 4 Ounces White Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 Ounces Pepperoni
Make Pizza Dough or use Store Bought Pizza DoughPreheat oven to 450° or temp according to package. If using a pizza stone place it in the oven so it will heat up with the oven.We spread the dough out on parchment paper (cut to the size of the pizza stone) while the pizza stone heats up in the oven. If you don't have a pizza stone, it isn't necessary. We usually cook our pizza on a cookie sheet. Either works great Slice Pepperoni
Grate cheeses
Mix together Pesto and Ricotta Cheese
Spread Pizza Sauce over the dough
Add Pepperoni
Mix together the cheeses and sprinkle over the pepperoni
Dot the top of the pizza with the Pesto/Ricotta Cheese
Place Pizza on a hot pizza stone. Bake for 15 minutes or until it is the color you want on top
Remove pizza from oven. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Cut pizza and Enjoy!!!!
