Shrimp
To marinate the shrimp, place it in the marinade for a maximum of 15 minutes. Note that if you're cooking the shrimp using a grill basket, add a teaspoon of salt to the marinade. However, if you're using a salt block to cook the shrimp, then there is no need to add salt to the marinade.
Cook the shrimp on a salt block or in a grill basket until the shrimp is done. They will turn pink or orange depending on the type of shrimp.
Mushrooms
While the Shrimp is marinating, clean and slice the Mushrooms. and then Saute them
Sauté the Mushrooms in 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and ½ tablespoon Roasted Garlic until they have softened. Add salt and White Wine, and cook down the wine until it has cooked away.
Add salt and white wine to the mushrooms, and sauté until the alcohol has evaporated.
Asparagus
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus by bending it until it naturally snaps.
Spray the Asparagus with Olive Oil and sprinkle on the Salt.
Place the Asparagus on the grill. Grill until the asparagus softens.
Pizza Crust
Roll out the pizza dough to the desired size. Don't worry about making it perfectly round or square; it's okay if the crust is oddly shaped.
To simplify the process, place the dough on parchment paper. This way, the dough won't stick to the grill. You can also purchase pre-made dough that comes with parchment paper.
Before placing the dough on the grill, oil the grill grates with a paper towel soaked in olive oil. This will prevent the dough from sticking to the grill and add a lovely flavor to the crust.
Once the dough is on the grill, cook it until it comes up easily from the grates. Don't be tempted to flip it too soon. Wait for the dough to cook through before flipping it.
As soon as you flip the dough, add all the toppings.
Adding the Toppings
Spread the Garlic Olive Oil Sauce onto the pizza crust.
Add the Shrimp, Asparagus, and Mushrooms on top of the sauce. 5. Sprinkle 2 ounces of Goat Cheese and about an ounce of Parmesan Cheese on top.
Sprinkle 2 ounces of Goat Cheese and Parmesan Cheese on top.
Cover the grill and cook until the cheese melts and the crust is crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
