Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Ground Turkey
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Scorpion Peppers Can also use habanero or ghost peppers. Leave peppers out if making a mild version

Instructions

  • Mix together the spices (Minced Onions, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Black Pepper).
    Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees
  • Finley chop the scorpion pepper in a food processor
  • Mix the spices and the chopped scorpion pepper with the ground turkey
  • Form the meatballs into bite-size balls and place them on a cookie sheet
  • Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until they are done all the way through
  • Serve with your favorite sauce. We use ranch dressing with some blue cheese chunks mixed into the dressing
