- 3 Pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Scorpion Peppers Can also use habanero or ghost peppers. Leave peppers out if making a mild version
Mix together the spices (Minced Onions, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Black Pepper). Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees Finley chop the scorpion pepper in a food processor
Mix the spices and the chopped scorpion pepper with the ground turkey
Form the meatballs into bite-size balls and place them on a cookie sheet
Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until they are done all the way through
Serve with your favorite sauce. We use ranch dressing with some blue cheese chunks mixed into the dressing
