How to make the perfect Shrimp Fried Rice

- 1 lb Shrimp Or Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Peanut Oil
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Peas
- 1 Cup Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 4 Cups Rice
- 3 Eggs
- 4 Green Onions for Garnish
Making the Stir Fry
Heat oil in a large pan for 30 seconds
Add onion, ginger, and garlic to hot oil. Cook for 2 minutes until the onion starts to turn translucent
Add the shrimp. Toss with the onions for a couple of minutes.
Add carrots and peas to the shrimp and continue to stir.
Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the carrots start to soften.
Add the rice. Toss the rice in with the shrimp and veggies. Cook for about 3 minutes until the rice is heated through.
Once the rice is heated through, add the sauces to the rice mixture and stir.
Add the eggs and toss into the mixture. Toss the eggs with the rice until they are done, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with fresh green onions on top, and ENJOY!!!!
