- 2 Jalapeño Peppers
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1 Ounce Cheddar Cheese Grated or shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 4 Toothpicks
- Cooking Spray
Cut peppers lengthwise
Remove the white center of the peppers.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese.
Fill each pepper half with ½ Tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
Wrap bacon around each pepper.
Ensure the bacon remains in place by inserting a toothpick into the end and securing it to the pepper.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place bacon-wrapped peppers in the air fryer.
Cook at 400 Degrees for 6 minutes.
Check the peppers to monitor their cooking progress. Cook for an additional 4 minutes or until the bacon is completely done and reaches the desired level of crispness.
